You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. AI-Generated Content
BlogDesk uses artificial intelligence to generate articles, images, and metadata. You retain full ownership of all content generated through your account.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before publishing.
BlogDesk does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or originality of AI-generated content. You should verify facts and ensure content meets your standards.
You agree not to use AI-generated content for illegal, harmful, defamatory, or misleading purposes.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use BlogDesk to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the BlogDesk platform.
You agree not to use automated systems or bots to access BlogDesk beyond the intended functionality.
You agree not to share your account credentials with third parties or allow unauthorized access to your account.
6. Third-Party Integrations
BlogDesk integrates with third-party platforms including WordPress, Webflow, and Shopify for content publishing.
Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms of service and privacy policies of those platforms.
BlogDesk is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party platform changes, outages, or policy updates.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to publish content on your connected platforms.
7. Intellectual Property
The BlogDesk platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of BlogDesk Inc.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the BlogDesk platform without our written consent.
You retain ownership of your original content, site data, and AI-generated content created through your account.
8. Limitation of Liability
BlogDesk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of BlogDesk.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to BlogDesk in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in activities that harm BlogDesk or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use BlogDesk ceases immediately. You may request export of your content before account deletion.
Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
